“Beating” is a verb that is not usually used when talking about BDSM porn. I think that’s because it seems to suggest violence towards women in some sort of unacceptable way. “Whipped”, “spanked”, “ass hooked”, even “bitch-slapped” are used; but I’ve never heard anybody say that a certain porn star “got the shit beat out of her”.
